Wiki is purely human-powered, so it can't be expected to build itself without some effort.
Effort comes in two forms:
- Seeding: establish a structural skeleton for the wiki. Without it, all people see is an empty room?. Nobody likes to hang out in an empty room. Seeding is your chance to establish the tone and direction of the wiki.
- Fostering Community?: community doesn't happen on it's own. It needs a healthy environment to grow.
